The OFC is a bilingual community resource, in other words the 411 to the Community, founded in October 2011. We encourage the community to “THINK OF US FIRST!” for all Personal, Social and Business Needs.

What separates us from the rest is that all our Businesses and Organizations must be members of the Community Keepers Club to be listed in our directory and in our APP, where they sign a code of conduct that ensures they are dedicated to supporting community developments.
