application provide what we need to enrich English and inform us about level

The revolution of industry 4.0 affects all aspects in people's life. We go to a globalitation era where there is like no burdening wall in technology, communication, and direct interaction. Hence, English is needed to be a language that we use globally. We, as the most important resource in the organization, are expected to be a reliable and decent in communicating with others. Moreover, English is needed to be used when we handle transnational crime, cyber crime, and etc. As we know that Indonesia have an idea to move the capital city from Jakarta to East Borneo, us, the ones who are in Central Borneo will also be one of the people who help the government in this idea. Unfortunately, the human resources in Central Borneo are not capable enough in English, whether using it in spoken and/or written English. The Training and Development team will have English application that can be used as a big help to improve our English skills. This application will provide what we need to enrich our English skills and inform us about our level in English. Not only that, it also will motivate us to study more and more to achieve our target level that affects our career's rank. To conclude, we hope this application will be used by all of us to improve our English skills, generally and specifically.
