Photo finish stopwatch

The new "Delayed start feature added for users with subscription.
You can go to the settings and set up the start delay up to 30 seconds.
If start delay is selected, then the stopwatch time starts from a negative value like -00:30.
When the stopwatch time is 00:03 we run the beep sound for one second as a signal to prepare.
When the stopwatch time is 00:00 we run the gunshot sound and flash and send start signal to the client devices.
