PJM RFID NFC Demo

First release version. The key features of this demo application include:
- Reading PJM RFID tags
- Displaying PJM RFID tag information
- Displaying blood bag information (only applicable with tags encoded for use with SATO Demo Solution)
- Displaying orthopedic implant product information (only applicable with tags encoded for use with SATO Demo Solution)
