- Import your contacts and mark them as VIP's, any calls from your VIP's bypass your Receptionist and are forwarded directly to you, great for friends and family

- Set up Quick Actions to instruct your Receptionist as to how you would like your calls handled for a period of time, e.g, configure a Quick Action so that all messages are forwarded directly onto you when you go out to lunch. When you return from lunch simply disable the status and your Receptionist will handle your calls as before
