Rajasthan Stamp Duty

This is a no frills stamp duty calculator for indian state of Rajasthan.

Calculations are done as follows:

Area: (user input)

DLC Rate (user input)

Value: area x DLC rate (upper integer)

%age stamp duty: user input

final stamp duty: value * stamp duty (upper tenth integer)

sur charge: final stamp duty / 10 (upper 10th integer)

registration fee: value * 1 % (upper 10th integer)

CSI: 200 if value < 50k else 300

total:: Final Stamp Duty + Surcharge + registration fee + CSI
