Rate Me Please

Rate Me Please allows you to upload images and others to rate them.

It allows users to upload image files and others get to rate them on a scale from 1 - 10. Users are also allowed to comment on pictures and give valuable feedback to one another. The comments can then be upvoted appropriately hence allowing others to quickly find the ones that are insightful. Images can also be viewed in full screen for better clarity.
