Fixes:

Changing rooftop and navigating to SRP not listing all the vehicles
SRP - 'change step' and 'assignee' values change after page refresh
SRP Filter - User filter stays when a user changes rooftop
Tags - Edit tag icon should be hidden for vendor/viewer
Viewer/Vendor - User should not be able edit Vehicle color or disposition
