Rehras Sahib is evening Bani of Sikhs, Sikhs recite this Bani after performing their day to day tasks, during the time of sunset. This Bani contains all physiological phenomenon in it which, explains the importance of Naam Simran to the person who read it. Rehras Sahib makes a person fearless and stress-free by informing them that Almighty is always with them in every situation.
