- [performance] change map objects and enemies to a self-contained list
- add difficulty to object and enemies placing, so you can add enemies that will appear only in hard-mode
- missing d-pad and A buttons on stage select screen
- fix controller button configuration
- intro text leaving a bit uncleared on the right side
- must clear text on the stage-select screen, when changing stages
- add Andrew Przelucki to credits
