This app is part of the Mother and Child Health strengthening program of Tata Trusts and Government of Maharashtra. It will enable maintaining records of various health parameters essentials for women's health during and after pregnancy.

This app is designed to:

1. Maintain and update Family Registers.

2. Maintain and update Family Planning Register.

3. Maintaining AnteNatal and Postnatal records.

4. Reporting birth and death.

5. Auto Creation of documents.
