New application upload with features :

LOGIN

a. upload file : upload photos and tagging the coordinates of the project being worked on

b. rework : re-upload photos and tagging the coordinates of the work that are rejected by the quality control

c. history : list uploaded photos and tagging coordinates that have been completed and are still inprogress

d. progress : percentage of job progress from each list of projects

e. change password : change password from old to the new one

f. logout : exit the apps
