Initial Usage:

- Enter your name,age and press 'Let's Go'.

Daily Usage :

- Press 'I Feel Sleepy' when you sleep.

- Press 'I Woke Up' when you get up.

- Change age in drop down to find your suggested sleep time.

- Press 'Show history' to see your sleep history.
