Big Update! (plus a hotfix)

Features:
* There is now a brand new revive feature! Once you complete all tasks in the game, you will be given a chance to start over, with a boost to all future gold/renown earned. This can be done as many times as you like, and the boosts add together. The game now has infinite replayability!
* Some late-game unlocks have had their prices increased.

Fixes:
* Fixed an issue with gem purchases.
* Numerous interface issues and other bugs fixed.
