The enemies surround you from all directions, all you need to do is defend yourself by aiming at the enemies by moving your mobile to your left or right and above or below and tap anywhere on the screen to shoot and kill them before timer goes off.

The game uses the camera for the background, so you can use the back camera and immerse yourself and enjoy.
