- Added an automatic rest switch to the settings

If you want to take an automatic rest after completing a Pomodoro, just turn on the "Automatic rest" switch in the settings and turn it off if you want to set the rest time manually.

Thank you all for your patience, I will try to update the data backup function in the next version, tentatively Dropbox or Google drive, of course, the Apple side will try to use iCloud, hope everything goes well.
