Unit Comparator for Starcraft

Fixed a crash that could occur in rare battles between 2 units after last patch.

1.4.0:
- Finished the Unit Database, save descrip, uses, lore, for all units (likely to include small typos here and there)
- UI color scheme
- App Descrip changed
- Removed Plasma Shields for non-protoss units in Unit Vs Unit
- Fixed a bug between Collosi and Tempest
- Added "Resources needed to repair" for the winning unit if it's mechanical.
- Choose a Unit text/image updated
