Visual RC

The app is designed to provide the foundation to understand the behavior of reinforced concrete structural components and systems and successfully analyze and design them in accordance to the Canadian Standards Association’s CSA-A23.3-19 "Design of Concrete Structures".

Developed by Yasser Elleathy and Wael El-Dakhakhni, this app includes several visual aids available through lecture notes, analysis and design examples as well as explanatory videos. The videos are linked to different topics in the lecture notes through QR codes. To view the relevant videos, you can scan these QR codes from a printed copy of the lecture notes using the app. Otherwise, if you are viewing the lecture notes using the app, you can simply click on the video icon, and it will play automatically.
