- We've updated the system that displays unread indicators (red dot) in the name plate. Those should show up more consistently now.
- We've diagnosed and resolved an issue that caused Org Admins to lose access to chat during periods of high traffic volume. Chat should be much more reliable during these critical times now!
- There's a completely new system for managing permissions so that specific types of users can be granted extra privileges in the app.
