Abbeygate assistance

The Abbeygate Assistance APP provides you, the Abbeygate customer, with an expanded access to roadside assistance in any case. Our network covers immediate assistance across Spain/Portugal and we assist you with on-time and trusted service in a few steps.

- Firstly, you fill information to help us identify your needs for roadside assistance. You can request assistance for each type of incident: accident, breakdown, mechanical issue, and more...

- GPS-enabled technology is used to pinpoint your vehicle location.

- Once a roadside assistance provider is missioned, you receive confirmation of your service request.

- We’ll send you notification to inform you of the progression of your assistance request.

- Once the provider has arrived, he can repair on spot or tow your car.

The only thing left to do then, is to rate your assistance.
