0.21.6 -- fix crashes on app save/restore

changes in 0.21:
* adds CRGE, BOLD, and UNE systems from Conjecture Games / Zach Best
* adds Patron Deity generator from Joel Priddy
* GM Emulators -- Tiny Universal (Sophia Brandt), and a variant of the Mythic GM Emulator
* tweaks to generator collection icons
* re-organize some of the smaller sets of generators into 'misc' collection (zenopus, stonetop, 4th page)
