The AFEST, or Training Action in Work Situation is a new modality allowing a complete and certifying training on the very place of work.

AFEST By Hello Elton is the digital companion to simplify the realization of AFEST in the workplace, to trace achievements and evaluations.

How does our brain learn?

By taking the height on our actions. We must therefore take action, then be able to critically reflect on our action in order to find solutions.

What are the important steps to get there?

Ensure that we are able to perform the requested task (does the learner have all the prerequisites?). Perform the requested task. Reflect on our actions in order to understand what has been done well, badly done, and how we could do better.

Is AFEST done alone?

The learner is accompanied by a business expert, he will prepare him, then observe him and accompany him in his reflection.

This app is made for who?

The AFEST By Hello Elton application is intended for both learners (apprentices, employees) as well as their referent in the company (manager, business expert)

The business expert is the AFEST Referent, he will, thanks to the application, orchestrate the AFEST: trigger a scenario, trigger the reflective phase, take photos and proof of the realization and evaluate the scenario. The AFEST Referent is the field guide, the application will thus allow him to easily organize all the AFEST process and keep the evidence.

The learner employee will also have access to the application in order to see the instructions, self-evaluate on the actions, then have access to his evaluations and all his experiences of AFEST, his own increase in competence. While being guided, the learner is the first actor of his learning.
