Alen's Deli and Catering is family and locally owned by Alen, Kris, and Larisa Wojciuk. The Wojciuk family has been in the food industry for over 30 years, and has been perfecting unique and traditional recipes for customers in the Springfield area.

Alen is an alumnus of Jonathan Dayton High School and the entire family is engrained in the community of Springfield.
