1. Add multi-language switching function on the robot side，supporting English and Russian languages.
2. Adjust the boot volumn, and keep it the same as last shutdown.

1. Add a human-like switch with which users can set automatic moves and feel the touch of head on the app.
2. Optimize the original functions and performances, and fix some bugs to improve user experience.
3. Update some provisions of Privacy Agreement in terms of GDPR to adapt to the EU's personal privacy bill.
