This update (target Android 8) includes:

* Use of material theme for Android 5+.
* Request user for runtime storage permission for Android 6+, when user performs Restore, Backup, Export All Usage and Export Usage, and when changing Export to directory path setting.
* There is a change in behavior when restoring app from Android recents.
* Code changes due to Android 9 non-sdk restrictions.
* Bug fix including service warning toast crash on Android 7.1+.
