Added NOTAMS! Enjoy fully decoded NOTAM, with category sorting, validity periods calculation, maps, sharing functions and much more. Also, quite a few bugs fixed from the previous version.

New permissions (write/read external storage) are needed just to allow sharing individual NOTAMS with images instead of text. If you deny the permission, they will still be able to be shared in plain text.
