Major update bringing Cirrus up to Android Pie (9.0), with compatibility for all the new Android permission and security protocols. Reworked all file access protocols for backup, Bluetooth and camera features. Added ability for user to handle different database ids. Updated airport data base: URRP (ROV), OPIS (ISB) and ZJHK (HAK). Fixed formatting bug for the Additional Crew popup for Pie devices.
