CPAN® / CAPA® Certification App

The CPAN® / CAPA® Perianesthesia Nursing Certification App is a collection of resources to help you prepare for and register for the CPAN and/or CAPA exams. Contents include eligibility and registration information for the exams, plus study resources, lesson plans, interactive reminders, a link to testing locations, practice exams and more.

CPAN® Certification (Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse) is the gold standard for nurses caring for patients in the PACU and Postanesthesia Phase I.

CAPA® Certification (Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse) is the gold standard for nurses caring for patients in the Preanesthesia Phase, Dave of Surgery, and Postanesthesia Phase II.
