v2.8.6: Form send improvements

This version fixes a bug where some forms would get stuck on the app's outbox and would generate duplicates.

Additionally, the following have been fixed:

- In some situations, required fields hidden by field group would prevent the form from being sent.
- Numeric fields with a minimum or maximum configured were not being checked correctly. This was preventing users from setting said limits as the field value.
