v2.1:
- Removed the Hot/Cold start option, since it wasn't working as designed. Due to permission-changes in recent Android versions, there was no way to keep the intended functionality
- There are now two ways to measure cold start times:
1. Restart phone and perform benchmark with only one run
2. Go to developer settings and enable "Don't keep activities" and set "Background process limit" to "No background processes". This gives similar results as forcing real cold-starts through rebooting
