Non SMART meters:

- Submit meter reads with your phone

- View your bill and payment history available on your phone

- Track your consumption by year and month

- Request for a SMART meter to be installed

- Update some of your personal details

- Chat with an Ebico customer service agent between 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays.

1st Generation SMART meters:

If you have a 1st Generation Secure smart meter you can also:

- Review your consumption at half-hourly (subject to your consent) and daily intervals

- Set alerts to know when consumption is above your expectations

- Compare how much you use to similar homes
