This application is part of eSBM platform developed by BSNL and VSPL for Ministry of Urban Development, India for monitoring of Solid Waste Management activities across ULBs.

This app provides following facility to Municipal Corporations officers:

- View citizen complaints concerning his/her area

- Contact citizens

- Report action taken with photographs

- View rating given by citizen for his complaint resolution quality.

- View analytics and reports of work load and work done.
