Fitness Plus - Free exercise and workout library

New Features:
-New sorting button in filters which shows the newest exercises first on the list
-Added 124 new exercises including powerlifting, box jumps, more stretches and variations of existing exercises

Improvements:
-New order for exercise list so more popular exercises show up first
-Hiding filter button when workout list is loading
-Some style changes to filter screen and adding an apply button to select filter screen
-Updated local database to help newer exercises load faster
