Food Dictionary- A Food & Nutrition Dictionary App

This FoodDic app is developed by Mr. Monirul Islam, serving as a Faculty of Rural Development Academy (RDA), Bogra-5842; an autonomous national training & research institute under the ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Cooperatives, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

This app is compendium of more than 20,000 terms related to Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition and Agro-processing Terminology. The terminologies were used in this app were collected from the book “Food Glossary” written by Mr. Md. Serajul Islam (PhD Scholar, Jiangnan University, China) Mr. Monirul Islam (Faculty, RDA, Bangladesh and Masters Fellow, Jiangnan University, China) and Ms Jakia Sultana Jothi (Faculty, CVASU, Bangladesh and PhD Fellow, Hiroshima University, Japan). To develop this app Mr. Islam was taken help from Appsplorer Technologies, Bangladesh for technical aspects.
