In prev update:

Fixed incorrect display feet/miles in tripmeter

Now it is possible to export tripmeter records to external storage (in csv file) - new button in app settings

Added buttons for share/rate/feedback to settings screen

Also added settings button to tripmeter's log actionbar (can be hidden via settings)

Imporved distance update rate on the tripmeter screen
