New features:
⦁ Added Audio File Management button to Settings to display dialog showing how much space is taken up by audio files. Long-clicking an item allows the MP3 files to be deleted in order to retrieve storage space.
⦁ Added reset of month and year buttons in the yearly reading plan.

Bug fixes:
⦁ Fixed problem where last line of a footnote would sometimes not be displayed.
⦁ Fixed problem with saving and restoring highlights across version updates and increased speed of doing so.
