• Attach files: tap the paperclip in the chat bar and your agent reads PDFs, Word docs, slides and text — no paths, no permissions.
• Teammates can have non-Latin names: your name is kept, the internal id is generated for you.
• Clearer key errors: "the service rejected this key" vs "no answer".
• Backups no longer carry this phone's pairing key; added Reset pairing.
• Fixed an undeletable blank teammate and the pairing QR missing on Windows.
