New: Nous Portal sign-in rebuilt (Settings → Labs).
• Sign in with a code in your browser; Hermes picks a model your plan can use (change it anytime).
• Fixed: Nous stopped working after its old default model was retired.
• Signing out keeps your other settings; the home screen shows it.
• Safer API key saving: if ~/.hermes/.env can't be edited safely, the app tells you instead of changing it.
• Terminal: ${VAR} in ~/.hermes/.env now expands.
