In line with ITGI's endeavor to improve the claims service standards and overall customer experience, a new claim process named "QCS" Quick Claim Settlement has been launched. under this new process Private car claims up to an assessed loss amount of Rs. 50,000/- shall be settled within 30 minutes of claim acceptance by the customer with the support of QCS App.
