Added full support for both outlets on On/Off Outlet (2663-222) so you can now:
- Monitor and control both outlets
- Configure both outlets in a scene
- Schedule the top outlet (bottom outlet via a scene)
- Configure email and push notification alerts for the top outlet
You can now cancel out of deleting a scene if a device fails to remove
Fixed an issue with Insteon Hub (2245-222) where a device could not be removed when deleting from All Devices > Settings > Edit This
