Invisible Incoming Call Lock

Removed the crashes for gingerbread version.
Added code to avoid lock screen over call
Set orientation as potrait.
Removed unwanted toast.

Added settings tab.
Added show notification option while trying to pick call.
Added lock visibility option in settings.
Can set number of attempts to pick call.
Can set transparency level of Lock if it is visible.
