Our 90 day metabolic journey is a transformative experience to learn about and take charge of your metabolic health. But we also know 90 days can be a long time, so we are introducing Program Pause! In settings you can now set up a pause schedule. If you need a break from your journey or something unexpected comes up and you want to pause your program, you can now pause and resume at your own pace. All your tasks and data will be saved and you’ll be able to resume again without missing a step.
