Keep The Keep: 3D TD

Bugfixes:
- Game becomes unresponsive when leaving the level after the last wave spawned all units
- Input not read properly prevent some devices from processing single click events in 3D objects.
- Closing game selection panel with the back button causes unexpected behaviour
- Closing exit game panel does not reenable input
- Tutorial not showing the correct action during orb buy sequence
- Unable to buy materials when the cost is equal to the owned gem quantity
