Loopbox is a background audio recorder that allows you to save the last few minutes of your microphone audio in the event of an unforeseeable event, like an airplane blackbox.

The app is designed to run in the background at all times, requires no user intervention, and is easy on battery.

There is also a quick settings tile that allows you to have quick access to Loopbox.

In versions of Android < 10 (Q), you must stop the app before making a phone call as Android does not allow multiple apps to use the microphone at the same time. If this restriction applies to you, the app will show a warning.
