"Classic Radar" is replaced with a new option called "Composite Radar":

- Higher resolution than the previous classic radar mode.
- Filters noise better than classic, but remains "unsmoothed" like classic.
- Includes two options from "HD Radar" (global satellite enhancement and precipitation classification)

Minor changes from NWS:
- Cold Weather Advisory replaces Wind Chill Advisory.
- Tropical Cyclone Local Statement replaces Hurricane Local Statement.
