Major User Interface changes in this release:

1. Very easy to browse all categories, just press menu button
2. Filters are now easily accessible in the top bar
3. Comment text area expands vertically to accommodate long text
4. Voting buttons are more prominent
5. Comments are now divided into sections
6. Sharing to other apps now points to page on nammapp.com
7. Overall look and feel is improved
8. Removed scroll-to-bottom when comment button or notification is clicked
