A mobile application that helps you track your health at home and know when to consult your healthcare provider in accordance with CDC guidelines. If you’ve received an activation code from your healthcare provider, you’ll be able to link your account and your responses will be made available to them in a dashboard. This app is solely for the purpose of tracking symptoms in the home setting in patients with proven or individuals with suspected COVID-19. It is NOT intended to be used by individuals to determine their risk of having contracted COVID-19.
