Nepal Telecom (Nepali: नेपाल टेलिकम) is state owned telecommunication service provider in Nepal. The central office of Nepal Telecom is located at Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu. It has branches, exchanges and other offices in 184 locations within the country.

With this app, the Nepal Telecom users can get all the information regarding the offered services and organization. The users can also pay for the Telecom Services like Landline, ADSL, Prepaid, Postpaid through recharge cards or eSewa account. The utility payments are applicable for Nepal Telecom users only.

With NTPro, Nepal Telecom GSM post-paid users can make calls to any numbers in Nepal Telecom network as well as can receive all calls while away from home network. This provides high quality of voice and video features over Wi-Fi or any data network. When customer is out of network, call forwarding to a specified number is required to receive calls in NTPro. There's no need to check the account balance before you make a call. Call charges will be deducted from your post-paid balance. Customers can make and receive calls at cheaper price while roaming.

Multi-party (ad-hoc) conference, meet-me conference, free instant messaging and video talk within NTPro customers, call wait, call forward etc are additional features.

Recharge Card Scanner NTC & Ncell uses your device's camera to scan for the PIN. The app also uses "Phone" feature of your device to make balance transfer and checking inquires. Please allow the required permissions to access camera and phone if prompted by the app.

*TIPS*

- When you scan a recharge card, please make sure that the card's PIN area is properly scratched and all the digits are visible.

- Balance inquiries and other features work best with single SIM.

- Select the most used SIM as the default SIM to avoid "Choose SIM" dialog. For example, select NTC from NTC and Ncell if you use NTC more often.
