Apex settings > Theme settings

Nova Launcher:

Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme

ADW Launcher:

MENU > More > ADWSettings > Themes Preferences > Select your theme

Holo Launcher:

Holo settings > appearance settings > icons pack
