Profound UI Mobile Client

This update adds some performance improvements and a new feature:
* Profound UI framework is now cached on the mobile device for each connection. This means your Profound UI application can load much faster than before and use less cellular data.
* Screen orientation can now be locked/unlocked from within your application, via the cordova-plugin-screen-orientation plugin.
* Fixed a rare bug affecting offline apps run for the first time after updating to 2.7.1 without first performing a sync.
